New Motorcycle / Tricycle Registration
1. Emmission Testing
Pumunta sa LTO-accredited PETC (Private Emission Testing Center) at ipasa ang emission test bago ka mag-register.

2. CPTL Insurance
Bumili ng CTPL Insurance (Certificate of Coverage) mula sa LTO-accredited insurance provider. Required ‘to para makapag-register.

3. Pumunta sa LTO Branch
Mag-register sa LTO branch na may Known Registration Unit (KRU) para sa brand ng motor o tricycle mo.
4. Requirements
Siguraduhing dala mo ang mga sumusunod:
- Original Sales Invoice
- OR/CR (kung applicable)
- Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR)
- CTPL Insurance
- PNP-HPG Clearance (para sa special cases)
5. Fees
Magbayad sa LTO cashier ng mga required registration fees.
6. I-Claim ang Documents
Pagkatapos, makukuha mo na ang:
- Official Receipt (OR)
- Certificate of Registration (CR)
- Temporary plate (kung wala pa ang permanent plate)

May extra requirements lang konti ang tricycle:
- Sales Invoice ng body o sidecar
- Affidavit of Rebuilt (kung modified or rebuilt)
- Local Franchise Permit mula sa LGU (handled by LGU at LTO)
